Esagono Monello Holiday House can accommodate up to 10 people. The two-storey building has been recently renovated and is in excellent condition. The rooms are bright, spacious and comfortable.

THE STRUCTURE

The structure consists of:

• 4 bedrooms.
• kitchen, spacious and fully equipped.
• living room.
• 4 bathrooms, all with shower.
• 3 balconies and a small terrace.

One of the bedrooms is at the ground floor. Three bedrooms are on the first floor and all have their own balcony.

Bedroom 1, situated at the ground floor, includes an en-suite bathroom and can accomodate 1-2 people. It is the perfect room for a couple.

The three upstairs bedrooms overlook an inner courtyard and each one has its own balcony facing on the typical Art Nouveau style. Bedroom 2, with en-suite bathroom, can accommodate up to 5 people and is perfect for a family with children or a group of friends. Bedroom 3 and Bedroom 4 are located on the first floor in a separate wing of the house, which can be independent of the others. They are ideal for two couples, a group of friends or a family. There is a small terrace, located on the first floor, where it is possible to air dry clothes or enjoy a cool breeze and a bite to eat on the hot summer nights.

All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and heating.
